Mark Shilansky wrote this gem for Kim Nazarian’s solo CD.  This arrangement shifts the groove into an even-8ths 3/4 meter, and opens with a solo and gradual background voices.  The ensemble takes over in the second verse and chorus, followed by a solo break and a “soli” vocal section inspired by the New York Voices tunes “Open Invitation” and “The World Keeps You Waiting.”  In the works:  a version for SSAA ensemble!
